Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

How to Return an Item

Email us at [email protected] to request a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.

Securely package your item(s), including the RMA number in your parcel.

Ship the item(s) back to us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked service for your return to ensure safe delivery.

Alternatively, we can provide a tracked returns label. The cost of this label will be deducted from your refund.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 24 working hours of receiving the returned item(s).

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please note that original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
